Consider The Fat Burning Furnace
In the ‘Fat Burning Furnace’ program, Rob Poulos and his wife Kalen take an in-depth, common sense approach to losing weight. It’s an internet block-buster and you’ve may have come across their adverts. If you want to lose body fat I recommend you try it out for a couple of months.
The Fat Burning Furnace is an exercise system that offers workouts for every fitness level, all tailored to improve muscle bulk and help you to burn off excess fat. If you haven’t exercised in years, you can start with the basic exercise routine and work your way up to more advanced workouts.
Not only will you burn fat, but as you become stronger you’ll find that your muscle and joint pain starts to subside. That’s because strong muscles will keep your body in better alignment.
The program makes eminent sense to me. If you gain more muscle, you’ll stoke up your metabolism and because muscle tissue burns more calories than fat tissue you’ll lose fat from your body. It’s by gaining muscle that you turn your body into a metabolic furnace.
It’s a very good system – a virtuous cycle in fact – that improves in effectiveness the more muscle you build. Not only do you build the six pack, but by losing the fat that covers your abdominal muscles the six pack will be revealed.
The fact that the more you increase muscle mass, the faster you burn excess fat from your body is the encouragement you need to make an immediate start on this program.
This theory of fat loss is not generally well known. Most people still think they have to burn off their excess fat with aerobic activity. They’re not aware that they can also burn off fat by embarking on a strength training program.
For those who don’t relish the thought of working out for hours on end, the Fat Burning Furnace recommends doing a simple strength training program for 20 minutes a day, 3 or 4 times a week.
What’s different about the program is that you only do one set of each exercise for each of the major muscle groups.
Card players say that, ‘A good game is a quick game.’ Poulos says much the same thing about his strength training program. A good workout is a short workout.
What’s unique about the program is that it’s a whole of body workout, done in the shortest possible time, quite different from the usually three or four set routines that can take up to an hour.
Imagine being able to duck into the gym on the way home, get changed and be back in the car in less than half an hour? Not only does it take the drudgery out of the workout but it’s an effective workout to boot.
The exercises are done at slow pace to give muscles an extra-effective workout without busting a gut.
The Fat Burning Furnace System doesn’t have any of the typical aerobic activity, Poulos maintaining that the short, sharp strength-training routines not only provide an adequate aerobic training focus, but building muscle which in turn ups the resting metabolic rate and improves fat loss.
Henry Royce said, ‘long after price, quality is remembered.’ Rob Poulos might well have said, ‘Long after the training session, the fat burning continues.’
There’s certainly something in Poulos’ theory. I’ve heard of this approach to weight loss before, after someone made the observation that the people training in the weight room looked trimmer and fitter than those training on bikes and treadmills.
The Fat Burning Furnace System comes in Deluxe, Ultimate, and Blowtorch levels. If you‘ve never embarked on a strength training program you can start at the bottom. If you’re a regular gym person, you can plug in at a higher level.
The Blowtorch (I love the name) upgrade features two hours of videos of Poulos going through the exercise routines.
Whilst this is primarily an exercise program, Poulos explains the principles of nutrition without laboring the point. He doesn’t have to. Just get rid of the garbohydrates from your diet.
The is an excellent program for people who want to reset their metabolic clock, get back closer to their ideal weight and improve their health into the bargain.
In the meantime stay tuned, highly tuned and give Rob Poulos’s strength training and nutrition system a red hot go. In a couple of months you could be jumping out of your skin.
