About John Miller
John Miller is about 5’10” tall, about 83Kg in weight and about 67 years of age. He lives in Canberra, bush capital of Australia, so named because when ever you drive anywhere and you don’t have your street directory on your lap or a Tom Tom on the dash board you get bushed!
He’s a graduate physical educator who started off teaching in high schools and then graduated to being an advisory teacher, then Director of ACHPER (the Australian national professional association for physical educators). After that he put on the grey cardigan and worked for the South Australian Recreation Institute. He had a stint at the Australian Institute of Sport as Manager of their Corporate Health Management Centre and followed up by running his own fitness centre, Fit and Healthy.
He now runs an integrated corporate health management business and delivers seminars, health audits and health assessments to organisations around Australia.

He’s about your average level of fitness and can run about 45 laps of the 20m run course in five minutes. He can do about a good minute’s worth of situps, pressups and squats.

His vaulting ambition is to have the CrookBack Clinic run in fitness centres world wide and advance the fitness industry to the front line of health care for the personally-generated metabolic and musculo-skeletal dysfunctions.
